This is as it received a B+ cinema score and also debuted with mixed reviews. However it did over perform slightly internationally as it made $32.4 million. This is also doing very similar business to The Lost City which released earlier in the year and also stared Brad Pitt and Sandra Bullock. Globally in its first weekend it has made a total of $62.5 million.
In its 11th weekend Top Gun Maverick is still doing amazing business at the box office. Domestically it pulled in another $7 million bring the domestic total to $662.5 million surpassing Titanic to become the 7th biggest film of all time domestically. Oversees the film earned another $10.3 million bringing the international total to $690 million and globally it has now made $1.35 billion beating films such as The Last Jedi and Black Panther. It currently stands at 13 of highest grossing film of all time globally.
Jurassic World Dominion also inched closer to the billion dollar club this weekend earning an extra $6.2 million oversees bringing its global total to $960.1 million and surpassing Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Also in its sixth weekend Minions The Rise Of Gru passed $400 million internationally and has a global total of $757.9 million.
Thor Love and Thunder has surpassed Ragnarok domestically having a total of $316.1 million. Globally it is close to passing $700 million as its now at $698.9 million.
Elvis has crossed $250 million globally and made $136.5 domestically. Finally Dc Super Pets dropped 37% in its second weekend earning $11.4 million domestic and having a global total of $83.4 million.
